repairsEven with the best quality control in place, repairs may become necessary on very few occasions. We are happy to report that those incidents happen so rarely that we are able to handle repairs on an individual basis. As a rule of thumb, we give a “childhood-long warranty” on our baby and kids toys of 7 years. Should you encounter any deficiencies outside the normal wear and tear, please get in touch with us and we promise you to find a satisfactory solution. We will either replace the item or should the toy no longer be available, make any reasonable effort to repair it. It is important to note that the down-time of your toy might easily amount to a couple of weeks since we send all of our repairs to sigikid’s headquarters in Germany. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you can of course return the product within 30 days of product shipment date, with no questions asked. The return process is quick and easy: A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. You can request an RMA online, or you can call the merchandise shipper or Shopatron and they will issue one for you. Returns can only be requested within 30 days of the product shipment date. Shipping costs will not be refunded. |
discontinued productssigikid is a very creative and innovative company. We update our collection twice a year and with that also retire products that have reached the end of their life cycle. As of 2009, the sigikid collection in the US differs significantly from what sigikid offers in other countries. We have created a collection that is entirely geared to the US market and is in full compliance with the new consumer protection act ‘CPSIA’. With that in mind, we are not able to import sigikid toys that are not sold on our website and that you may have seen on European sites |
