No Worries. Easy Returns.

We want you to shop with confidence. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items from the Archive Sale collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Eligibility
To keep returns simple, items should be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with paper tags attached
- Returned with original packaging when possible
How to Start a Return
Just email returns@sigikid-usa.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
We’ll reply with next steps and help you choose the option that works best for you. Return instructions and shipping details will be provided after contacting us.
If Something Isn't Right
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Your Return Options
1. Free Return for Store Credit
We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Once your return is received and approved, a refund for the amount paid for the toy(s) will be issued as an electronic gift card (store credit) within five business days.
The electronic gift card can be used toward a future purchase at www.sigikid-usa.com.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
You may also return your item using the shipping carrier of your choice (tracking recommended). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once your return is received and approved, a refund for the amount paid for the toy(s) will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
Important Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
