Adorable! Amazing customer service!

Our package was sitting in the usps - online they stated they couldn’t deliver it. Frustrated I emailed Sigikid - never expecting a reply. Lucian emailed me back the next morning at 7:30am. Contacted usps and handled everything. Later that day the two adorable animals arrived!! They are already washed and waiting to be played with tomorrow!! Thank you Lucian!!
